Hello Austin!

Well, well, well……..

Fresh off of the press and I’m excited beyond words to be debuting my remastered site and heading to Austin, Texas to the Blogging While Brown Conference. Believe me when I tell you this is no ordinary conference.  For two full days, innovators, content creators and some of the best social/digital media experts (of color) will be gathering to educate, network and engage with brown bloggers in a way that like no other event as this is the premiere event for black content creators. Bloggers are traveling from near and far to learn the latest strategies, leverage relationships and of course foster creativity.

I’m looking forward to meeting other social justice bloggers and organizers as well as a some good and faithful naturalistas!  I have a ton of questions about some of the latest social media tools and want to pick the brain of a few of my faves about products and some 101 as well.

I’ve already had the opportunity to connect with some amazingly creative bloggers and can’t wait to meet them in person.  And you know we’re gonna get a good two step on as well!  Honestly, I just have a really good feeling about what conference will bring and feeling over the top excited just to be in attendance.

Armed with my extended battery, business cards, notebook and gum (gotta keep fresh while I chat it up), I’m totally open to going with the flow and being present in the experience.
