Surviving Church with Children Made Easy!
“Parents of small children are also often apprehensive about going to church because they are concerned about how the little one(s) is going to behave and fear the embarrassing side eye. As a mom of three (ages: 18, 12 & 9 now 20, 14 & 11), I know how real that anxiety can be as I started regularly attending church when youngest was just two years old. And though it was through trail and error, I not only survived, but was able to master church behavior management down to a science.”
It’s Easter weekend and I figured I would update a classic post “You DON’T Have to Skip Church.” It’s that time of year where your friends/family, finally take you up on that invitation to attend Sunday morning services. The thing is; their beautifully dressed darlings have no church chill whatsoever. Teaching children how to sit through service takes time, patience and possibly a few side eyes.
No need to worry or feel embarrassed parents or even worse; don’t you even think about not going to church this Resurrection Sunday. Here’s a repost of my step by step video, packed with “Tips For Going To Church With Small Children.” It’s full of proven gems to not only to get you through Easter service, but a how-to identify the right church for your family and surviving regular church attendance with little ones.

And when he is old he will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6
